Fake SL65 or am i wrong?

This has been seen around Basingstoke quite a lot lately.

My mate took this pic yesterday in Festival Place car park. ASKMID shows it being uninsured ha!!So I cant find out what the car actually is.....
Is it fake, that's what we are trying to find out? I know the wheels for a start aren't the Black series wheels......

I have seen the one at the top in Basingstoke as well and thought it was a fake.
