This fkwit of a 911 driver this morning driving his stty 996 Turbo with private wker plate weaving and driving all over the road without indicating because he's a fkwit. I managed to keep up with this midlife crisis having 50yo wker in my craptastic work car, which is slow as fk. Why don't you learn to indicate you fking idiot? Further, why don't you learn to drive your car properly you stupid fking wker such that you can actually wind it through the gears? Your stupid exhaust only highlighted your stty car's Volkswagen Beetle origins and highlighted your general lack of driving ability. Driving a car isn't that hard to do properly unless you are texting, smoking a cigarette and have a manual all at the same time, and even then how fking hard is it to move your left little finger a few inches you fking wker?? I swear I'm going to keep my motorcycle gloves in my car this winter so I can get out and punch the mirrors of fkwits who don't know how to fking drive. Was it really necessary to partially go into the other lane, missing a cyclist by millimetres all without using your fking turn signal? Anyway, I hate idiots who buy performance cars to not really make that much progress but yet simultaneously annoy everyone around them with their poor lane discipline and lack of communication. If I was on the bike this morning I would have punched off his fking mirror and I've never ever even thought about doing that before. Worst was he was middle aged. At least if he looked like a drug dealer and was young it would have been somewhat understandable.

I'm middle aged. I overtook a guy on a Triumph the other day when I was in my car. He was all over the place and bolt upright with locked arms.

Boring story. Much like yours.

Not to me. I run rings around so-called performance cars in my company van all the time: oh yeah they can give it beans when the road is straight but show them a bend or a roundabout and the Connect just rips them a new ahole.
I love the A43 biggrin

Exactly the same with the Smart car when driving in Sussex. Why do the Audi/BM/Porkhead drivers start braking at the 3 marker point when my stty Smart only has to have a quick dab at the 1 marker point??

We approach at the same speed (mainly because they don't let me pass them) yet the handling and braking is far superior to my shopping trolley. It's almost like they are exclusively driven by people that are in their 60's or have the same mental/physical capacity of that age

996 (911) Turbo = slow. scratchchin

Possibly in a 20mph or 30mph, etc zone when driven by someone who has zero points.

Try staying with one in a NSL if s/he can drive. wink

So this is basically a rant about someone not indicating and driving in a normal manner?

So everyone with a "Performance" car must drive it to the limit at all times? Riiiigggghhhttt.....

On a Porsche forum there's probably a 996 owner telling an equally amusing story about a jealous tt trying to show what a driving god he is!

& relax

OP so you worked out you are following an idiot, well done the roads are full of them, I teat every other road user as an idiot & expect them to, change lane without indicating, make a sudden right turn, brake for no reason etc etc. You must be quite young because this sort of thing used to wind me up too, when I used to be the best driver on the road, however a few years after passing my test I realised I wasn't (although I probably am now after nearly 40 years wink ). Don't worry you'll grow out of it if the blood pressure doesn't kill you first.

I wonder if the Porsche driver went home, turned on his computer and moaned on a forum about some oik in a crappy commuter car who was driving erratically and driving with a Red face.

I suspect not, I would presume he got home to his large house, ate dinner then did some paper work while sipping on a single malt, he would then have a shower before getting his beautiful wife to blow him before he nodded off to sleep for the night.

You on the other hand..........

Ha ha ha! And I bet there are loads of women who get wetter than an otters pocket at the merest mention of how a hero of a transit connect driver was able to keep up with an OAP in a big German car! Ha ha ha.

Although admittedly it is distressing to see awesome cars/bikes driven/ridden incompetently, you can't expect them to have any more ability just because they are fortunate enough/have worked their balls off to buy themselves a nice toy. I just find it funny at the time and forget about it as they disappear from my mirrors or they disappear over the horizon should the road be straight enough for them. surely as bikers most of us have howled with laughter at the odd high-end bike on the road (yes I was tempted to add Duke/S1000RR there wink )?

If they are that slow surely you should have been that far away from them it shouldn't have been an issue. Sounds to me as if there are people who feel they have to try and prove something against folk in better cars. There must be a bit of jealousy in that... Get over it.
