Hi All

A family friend has had her collie "Maid" bolt from the car yesterday from the Durleigh area of Bridgwater. She was last seen on the A39 toward Cannington but possible sightings since round Skimmerton Lane and Spaxton. She has now been out for 24 hours, if anybody sees her please let us know via the FB (phone numbers etc on FB https://www.facebook.com/groups/620695914635870/) and here http://www.doglost.co.uk/dog-blog.php?dogId=60302#... The collie responds to the call May-De-May and is clicker trained.

Its a long shot but you never know.

Mods-I have posted this in all creatures great and small but hope to get more coverage here please?

Thanks

I probably live a few too many miles away for it to be around my way, somerton, but will keep an eye out for it.
Not a nice thing to happen, thaught ours went walk abouts the other day but luckily came back.

Will let you jnow if I see anything

Hope this story has a happy ending OP.
Maybe contact the local council as they may have a dog warden
Also the RSPCA may be able to help, worth a try.
Notify police also.

Maybe stating the obvious but have you contacted local vets and rescue centres? I hope it all works out for you.

Maid needs to be sat down and made to listen to lastnight's Archers from the BBC iplayer. That'll learn her!
