Blaupunkt Atlanta stereo refurbishment

Does anyone know someone who can refurbish an old (c 1986/87) Blaupunkt Atlanta SQR47 stereo? It's working ok-ish but the radio is crackly (aerial is ok) and the tape plays back slowly.

Would love to get it back to full fitness as it was dealer fitted when the car was new and a modern replacement just wouldn't be right - any pointers?
