Scuff Removal Tips

Girlfriend (no pics sorry) has a 63 plate Yaris....some bellend has run along the nearside quarter of the rear bumper and done a runner in a carpark....
End result two lines of blue paint where their car has contacted hers (car is white) and two bumper clips out.
Clipped bumper back in and to tackle the scuff I was thinking of trying some T-cut and scratch remover compound to take the blue away before coating over with Autoglym SRP and then some wax.
Any more thoughts or tips?
