Tax and insurance advice.

I have just gone to tax my car online and it has come back saying, the car is not on the insurance database. I can understand it coming back with this, as my insurance renewed today, but I have not changed insurance companies so assumed it would still appear as insured.
Now for my predicament. I obviously need to tax the car tommorow and the dvla website says I have to leave it 24 hours, so my only option is post office. Only problem being is I have not printed off my insurance certificate yet as my printer is broken.
Does any one know if the post office will accept seeing a copy of the certificate that has been emailed or does it need to be printed off, if the latter does anyone know where I can go to get a print out first thing in the morning.
