Which car for least expensive insurance for learner

[srebbe64]

My eldest daughter (21) wants my eldest son (23) to teach her to drive. As such, I wanna buy a little 'runaround' for this purpose. However, I'm mindful that the real cost is gonna be the insurance for that particular demographic! As such, is there any particular model of car which is not as bad as others regarding insurance premiums?

Answers on a postcard please.
