I don't think so but if one does I'd be interested to know more.

my mates a p/time trader and says they do but i cant see how, not all councils even have lists online, i may have H&R insurance but never plate up...........

I found this a bit of a waste - it's not very well priced, as you have to pay extra for everything, and the report itself is poorly set out.

AA and RAC both do full checks, use the HPI data and layout, but are cheaper priced. I tend to buy a multibuy as they work out at approx £6-8 and there's not time limit to use them (again, unlike iCarCheck!)>
