Yes.

Lasers usually use either gas or solid-state media in order to emit light of an extremely coherent nature. They're great for some purposes, not for others. I'd be interested to see how they've integrated lasers into a mostly-white-looking high beam function.

Please God no, as nice as it is to see them exploring new realms and introducing new technologies we have enough 'Audi Lights' spattered across every other car on the road as it is. NO-ONE TELL THE EU ABOUT THESE!!

I thought this was gonna be BMW marketing dept. getting carried away and calling super bright LEDs "lasers". But no, they have actually put frikkin' L.A.S.E.Rs in the headlights.

Cars with OEM Xenons, LEDs or - I guess - these frickin' lasers, are automatically equipped with self-leveling. They therefore can't be adjusted from the driving seat and don't need to be either.

I've not driven a car with LED headlamps, but I've heard they're an improvement on Xenons. These laser ones sound mental! hehe

Don't forget the car will come with High Beam Assist I imagine, which automatically dims the light when it spots an approaching car. Will be great if you are the driver.......

Probably not if you are a pedestrian hehe
