A company based in Europe....
A headlight bulb blew on one of our cars last week, when I was fairly busy. I also fancied upgrading the bulbs to something brighter (but legal).
Ordered some OSRAM's on Thursday and paid for 48 hour delivery, as we were away for the weekend, and could manage Monday with one car.
Today ring up to see where the bulbs were, as the website was somewhat vague to be told the warehouse had gone out of stock, so they had decided to sit on the order until new stock arrived.
Cheers for keeping me the customer up to date I say. Order now cancelled.
But the moral of the story - beware of ordering from the Car Parts Firm based in Europe with a permanent sale, as you may get your parts or you may not, depending on their mood.
