Hello to all!

I am well and truly stuck into the build of my zcars hayabusa mini kit car project..

Its a zcars full race spec bike engine kit that will transform the car in its entirety. Obviously. Projected BHP = 200+ and 0-60 in 3.5 - 4 seconds.

The damn thing is costing so much you wouldn't believe so im trying to make the most of every penny and share it with anyone out there that may be interested in it as well as documenting the whole build as something to look back on once its complete.

The end goal is to have a classic replica of a modern cooper works GP mini. Same colours, but faster and smaller!!

Looks good George, what's the build cost on something like that like? Is the cost affected at all by buying the bits from Z Cars rather than elsewhere?

You could buy an extremely nice sports car.. brand new. Most of the bits are from zcars themselves but Im not really making much effort to look elsewhere for parts purely because zcars offer a great customer service and will help me with the final touches to the car either for free, or extremely cheap

Earlier this year I sold a Z Cars R1 powered mini, it was absolutely crackers!

Good luck with the project, fancy building one of these one day (maybe once i get the Vauxhall XE mini done)

I've had a passenger ride in a R1 engined zcars, the most mental thing ive ever been in!
