NEW DYNO ROOM BUILD - Ideas please......

Hi guys
I am looking to setup a new 4 wheels drive dyno room at our garage.
I wanted to get ideas and advise on how to do the build. I have a few ideas and have already made a start of the project and brought a dyno.
I will post a few pics up soon so you guys can get an idea of how the setup will be like.

A viewing room, that is:
Close enough to see what's happening
Lowers the volume but you can still hear the sound
Monitor that relays the information that the dyno operator can see
Has heat
And seats
Been to many dyno days and you generally come away from them, frozen silly, dead legs from been stood up for so long and deaf.

You need lots of cooling air flow, both under the car and through the radiator.
Good extraction to get the exhaust gasses out.
Also, if it's an air-cooled (eddy current retarder) dyno, you need enough air flow to keep the dyno from heating up the cell - at 2000 hp, that's a hell of a lot.
If the dyno is in a pit, think about drainage - one day you will pop a radiator hose and dump a load of coolant onto the floor.

The concrete was laid down on the 13/01/2014 so yes. i hope the brick layers will start the pit build on Sunday.Are those piccies up to date?
For the rest of this week we will be working on the offices and viewing area.
We Hope to make this one of the BEST Dyno rooms in the UK as its costing me a BOMB!! lol
