Philips radio with USB

Sorry if this is in the wrong section...
My car has an aftermarket radio, (Philips CEM3100/05) with integrated USB playback. I have used my memory stick in the radio, but it if only recognizes the first two folders on the memory stick. Tried renaming the folders, and making sure the files are compatible, but the other folders are still not playable. Any help?
