Words cannot describe how much of an idiot I think this person is. Why would you even go as far as to admit you were drink driving!? confused

I don't think you still have to be drunk to get a hangover and its effects?

yes Drink driving is driving with alcohol in your blood. A hang-over is the combination of dehydration and various unpleasant non-alcohol chemicals in your body as a result of the body having processed alcohol. You certainly can be both drunk and hung-over, but you can also be either without the other.

yes Drunk driving is driving with enough alcohol in your blood that you are unfit to be in control of a vehicle. A hang-over is the combination of dehydration and various unpleasant non-alcohol chemicals in your body as a result of the body having processed alcohol. You certainly can be both drunk and hung-over, but you can also be either without the other.

No, drink driving is driving with excess alcohol in your blood. Nothing here to show she was over the limit.

Alright fair enough, I would hazzard a guess there is enough alcohol in her body at the time to have done that. The picture is in the light and it's a young female which we all know don't know when to stop smile

I'm not saying she was drunk at the time of doing this...... just it's silly to have done what she did whilst hung over and possibly over the limit still

You'd be surprised at the amount of people who do not realise that they are still over the limit the next morning/afternoon hungover or not.

True. I heard an advert (or information broadcast, or whatever) on the radio recently stating that 1/3 of the people prosecuted for drink-driving had not drunk alcohol on that day. Given that you're far more likely to be stopped and tested in the evening after a night out than the morning after, that probably means that most (or close to it) drink driving is done "the morning after".

That still doesn't say that this was, though. Even driving when tired is enough to hugely impair your ability (often far more than being over the legal alcohol limit) let alone when hung-over.

Admit it, you were drunk when you made that rather rash 1st post, yes?
