Who uses a car that would be considered a 'nice weather' car throughout the winter, it would be great to see some pics of cars in use. Plus points for the roof down in snow/rain biggrin

Not an extreme example but in October each year my Capri gets put to bed to be replaced by an Alfa Gtv.
Not a great winter car.
No door handles and as soon as its sub zero the remote locking dies and the oock barrels freeze!
If im lucky enough to get in i then cant lock it again until its at least 4 degrees.

I used to use my Clio V6 as a daily drive, come rain or snow, I was in it.

I drove a XKR all winter in SE UK, on summer tyres as well, I wouldn't be doing it in Sweden or Finland.

Ran a 5 for a few winters (still do actually) Really annoying when you are doing engine work to come down to this when the top end is in bits & you need to get it finished

Correct - it didn't seem to have very good filtering, so bits of leaves etc. would end up on the dash. This is, of course, combined with the misting windows and leaking roof. biggrin I can remember driving it in the snow with the roof off. laugh

Love using my elise in snow, is good fun. I use it for everything I can, took it to the recycling dump last week to chuck some stuff out.

Nice, my other half uses a mk1 eunos all year round, we have a hard top though.
