Little question about changeing my saloon.
Discussion
Hello, nice to write here. My name is Daniel, I´m from Madrid (Spain).
I would like to change my C-class w203 during the next months, this is the family car and we use it just for traveling on holiday and during short weekend travels, we also have a little old Volvo as a Commuter. So the mpg is not an issue in this case. I´m searching a saloon or even a SUV (in this case it should be a diesel). Our budget 35.000 Euros or 23.000 Pounds.
The options:
Skoda Octavia vRS
Range Rover Evoque eD4 4x2
Volkswagen Passat stationwagon
Volkswagen CC 2.0 tfsi
Thank you for your time, I am glad to read your advices.
Dani.

If you already have an old Volvo as a commuter then personally I would want something that's a bit more fun to drive at the weekends, so out of that list I would go for the Octavia.
Edit: Just to add, the Octavia is very practical as well. You can fit tons of stuff in them without needing to go for the estate.

Good morning and thank you for your advice.
I have to say that we have a weekend car, a SLK 230 kompressor, so the funny and sporty is not an issue. In ths case we prefere a confortable and reliable car.
I know the Tfsi VW engines are very reliable, but I dont know if the ed4 from Land Rover would be.
