Beach Buggys ?
Discussion
Cant say I have ever seen them mentioned on PH, you know what I mean, half a Beetle with some Fibreglass where the body used to be, I used to think they were a bit naff as a kid, then, years ago in Corfu, a couple of mates and myself rented one, it was an utter heap but the memories are burned into my brain of how much fun it was. I have never driven a car so knackered and still enjoyed it.
Ok, at this time of year, in the UK it would be purgatorial but on nice days would be a lot of fun, sort of a Caterham Lite experience with a bit more comedy fun factor and a bit less "Because Race Car", in fact, done right, with a decent engine, could imagine it would be fairly brisk.
Anyone got one ?

Not quite the trad beach buggy, but still beetle based and they look fun.
