Car is ford ka 2002

Just had the clutch changed and now if i
hold the clutch down for to long i can't change gear and the car try's to pull like my foot isn't on the clutch, I know my driveshaft oil seal leaks a little (getting it done ASAP) but what could the problem be any ideas ?:£

As above I bet this wasn't changed and it's a must really, now to rectify it's more or less the same job to be done again.

A clutch kit will not include the slave cylinder, the drive shaft seal is not connected, basically it seals the drive shaft entering the gearbox, all it will be doing now is leaking oil onto the floor.

Master cylinder rubbers passing? Can you still check by looking above the clutch pedal for wet carpet, as we did in the old days?

Slave cylinder is located in the gearbox, you are referring to the master cylinder like you correctly said is on the pedal.
