Discussion
I have got in to the habit of heading to Le Mans once a year. Last year I decided a TAG to go through the tolls would be nice. The British version looked expensive, but I found a TAG from one of the French companies, which meant that the cost would be the cost....
I signed up, through the French website, with little difficulty, but had to put in a French postcode.
Now my problem comes that my card has expired and needs changing. Part of the password reminder requires the postcode.. You've guessed the rest.
In the UK I suspect I would be doomed.
I send a polite email (English converted to French by a website), and I receive an email back in English the next day, together with a password reset email. Absolute pleasure to deal with an organisation that can get things done.

I use a Sanef toll tag and it works quite well. What surprised me is how much it lets you stay in contact with those vehicles that blasted past at well above the limit a long way back the road.
You generally sail through the peages on the toll tag, only to have the same cars blast past 20 -25 minutes laterand a long way from the booths, (by which time you are often just coming up to the next peage tolls!)

Slightly off topic, but can i ask what these toll things cost?
I want to take the camper van to france this year and probably going to head for brittany from le harvre.
French postcode wont be a problem to us as my sister in law lives there.
As you say though nice to get a company out there that gives a s***

SANEF have a UK branch now. https://www.saneftolling.co.uk/
(but it doesn't work for existing accounts opened through the French co., AFAIK)
Added bonus is that you can use the same tag to pay for car parking too.

I pay 1.6 Euros per month, (but only in the months that I use the tag) + the toll. The tag cost something like £10. I forget exactly.I want to take the camper van to france this year and probably going to head for brittany from le harvre.
