Do the seats in the third row of the current Galaxy recline?

I'm in the third row of a current shape Galaxy going from London to Scotland. Do the seats recline? I can't find any levers or knobs, apart from the lever to make it slide. Thanks.

Yes, pull the red tag and shift your weight.

It's the same one that folds the seats flat and should be visible on the front and back of the seat.
