Strange Dacia advert?
Discussion
I'm not a marketing or advertising 'expert' so maybe I'm missing the point...
Has anyone else been puzzled by the latest Dacia advert on TV?
Italian sport car door.....£5000
Dacia with 4 extra doors and the rest of the car £5995....
Mildly amusing, but surely lost on most of their target market since it is a worthless comparison.
What next Bentley Engine £10k, Ford Fiesta, yours for the same money.
I'd sack whoever made that advert.....

I agree. I found the pronunciation nonsense in the last lot of Dacia ads bad enough. Skoda (SKODDA!!) are trying the sane nonsense. Doesn't sell their cars to me,
Ha, they were never called that when we imported them back in the 80's, the Dacia that is, so why don't they spell it Datchia now ?? Fastpedeller said:

Seems to have done its job.
The Italian sports car door in the advert is £8,000, not £5,000.
