Silly billies at the DVLA (yet again!)...

We recently moved house so I sent the V5s for my wife's car and my car and also our driving licences to the DVLA so they could be amended. For a number of reasons (including the fact that I was concerned about the DVLA losing the whole lot if sent in a single letter) the 4 documents were sent separately. My wife's V5 and driving licence are in her maiden name and her driving licence was returned a few days ago and all was well with that. Our V5s arrived on the same day and hers was correct but I was a little surprised that mine has come back with her forename name and my surname as the RK! It's not a big deal but it is irritating; I also wonder what my insurance company would think as my policy has me as the owner and RK but now that (technically) isn't the case.

get that changed. there is a thread on here where someone got their insurance voided for that very thing.
