Squeaking wiper motors

Right, my Mini clubman's rear wiper motors are making a horrible screeching noise, it's not the blades as I have run the wipers with the blades lifted.

Does anyone know how I can get access to the motors to apply some WD40?

Can anyone advise me on how to remove the door cards without breaking them please? A link to a step by step guide would be helpful if such a thing exists!
