Help with bolt types

Hi all

currently in the middle of doing a mini overhaul on my little MX5 and a number of the bolts for the timing cover etc are rusted up, some of which needed forcing off. I want to replace them and have measured up all the bolts by dia and length

The all come with a "built-in" washer on the head, and I don't specifically know what these are called for ordering them. The type is like this:-

I think it's a "flange-headed bolt"

Try Mazda in the first instance, you might be surprised. Maybe not judging by my experience with Audi yesterday though who wanted nearly £8 for a M10X50 bolt with nothing particularly special about it.
