Best make sure you get a top quality warranty
and remember to buy shares in Shell oils!

Looked into these for my self.
I budgeted nearly 600 a month to run one.
Going on 250 finance a month,
200 fuel a month (minimum)
24 mpg/800 miles
100 insurance a month

Then it'll brake something, because it's a land rover and it's inevitable.

So, if you have a spare 5/600 a month then I suggest looking else where

Based on what is said on here, you're going to have to re-evaluate what you consider to be niggles.

I recon that FFRR looks quite nice. And a years land rover warranty to boot sounds good...extendable to 2 years...

FFRR or RRS?

Do you mind if I ask how many miles? What did you pay? What's servicing cost you?

Are you trying to decide between repointing and cladding?

At what cost?

Is it for your missus to drive? Maybe it's a Northern thing, but I don't think Ive seen a FFRR or RRS being driven by a bloke. A tiny girl driving one nearly hit me head-on today, turning at some speed into a side road I was coming to the head of.

The FFRR is more spacious in the back than a RRS. In fact, the RRS is just a Disco 3 with a range rover body and V8 diesel.

Nope. All for me. I like the look if them. Recon they'll be as comfy as anything to smoke around in. More often than not, all on my own.

How good are the Land Rover extended warranties? I've looked at RRS and FFRR at this price range and it's the potential bills that have put me off. Does the Land Rover warranty cover everything it should? So if the suspension goes wrong they'll fix it with no questions asked? Or if the engine goes pop?
