I've been abroad for work, after a 13hr flight yesterday I wasn't at my best, I hoped to nod off in the back of the taxi for the 90 minutes or so it takes to get back home.

Met the taxi driver as I plodded into the arrivals hall, off we go to the car park, bags in the boot, I jump in the back on the passenger side.

Admittedly, I'm 6ft 3", with mutant short dumpy legs and a long body, but really the lack of headroom was a surprise, I needed another 3 inches to be able to sit up, the leatherclad seat was rock hard, no squishyness to it at all, compounded by an apparent lack of compliance in the suspension.

I've no idea about the wheel/tyre combo fitted, or if was a 'sport' model or not.

Its was rockhard bumpy crash bang horrible. I couldn't get any rest at all, for crying out loud, its a family saloon, not a bloodt racing car. I've had a few cars with a hard ride, but this thing was genuiney awful.

Vauxhall, if you are reading this you bunch of flaming muppets, you need a complete re-think of your suspension settings.

Anyone here own an Insignia and happy with it?
