It's like he's only ever seen a picute of a mustang from the front and designed it from that. The front and sides are pretty spot on mustang but then the back, it's like he lost interest 3/4 the way through the project!

Not too bad, I have seen a customized S197 with a similar front to that. I have seen this before but I am puzzled, you could buy a stock 05-09 GT and make it go much faster than the car on which this is based for considerably less cash outlay and you wouldn’t have that god awful rear end either!
