Help-how do i remove these hose clips?
Discussion
Depending on access...
Insert a thin screwdriver in the bit that sticks out, pull in both directions until clip deforms / slackens and then it should be loose enough to allow removal.
Failing that, twist the bit that sticks out with pliers until clip fatigues and fails.
Snips would be easiest though..

Yeah, fiddle around with a screw-driver. If it helps, on the other side it's likely to look like this:Insert a thin screwdriver in the bit that sticks out, pull in both directions until clip deforms / slackens and then it should be loose enough to allow removal.
