Garage - Advice and recommendations

Will be moving shortly and have room to build a nice big garage at my new place. I wondered if anybody could shed (no pun intended) some light on the best value solution. Timber versus steel. Needs to be the cheapest way I'm afraid. Size will be an L shape approx 15m x 7m + 6m x 7m (for the 2nd rectangle if you get my drift. Will be in Kent. Anybody used someone they would recommend or make sure I avoided. I have the groundworks under control but there are so many companies out there its a potential minefield. Any comments appreciated.
