Not much by the looks of the brokers, but still better than nothing!

Very little discount, especially the entry level models which sell for the list price. Its a highly desirable car and Audi have tightly restricted the supply so as not to upset the residuals.

Its actually surprisingly good in optionless SE form. Still feels a high quality product and fun to drive. The tiny looking 15" alloys make for a comfortable ride compared to the firm setup of the Sport and S-Line variants. Depends whether you're after the TOWIE/ Geordie Shore look or not hehe

If you think about it. SE 1.6 TDI= £15,200

S Line 1.6 TDI= £18,500

£3,000 for a bodykit and sport seats and bigger wheels.

Is it worth £3,000?

Compared to what? For a (subjective) good looking , well built, little car, zero tax, silly mpg? Yes I'd say so.

No, but it'll probably be easier to sell later on?

Will it? Not everyone fancies an S-line- I would imagine an SE TDI won't depreciate very much. Audi badge+ diesel

Audi seem to be pushing finance deals on these at the moment, with deposit contributions - I'd expect there to be dealing room there, even if the finance packages don't float your boat.

SE TDI will hold onto its value very tightly, as you say its a small and economical diesel Audi so highly desirable on the used market.

Oh and the Polo costs more, amazingly! VW UK don't offer it with the 105PS TDI, so only the slightly less powerful 90PS version, and for one of those the RRP is £16,415. That's why Audi don't need to offer a penny off the A1 price wink

Surely if that is true then they (VW) have either gone quite mad, or are giving away free money or Carmen Electras with their cars, confused
