An old Vauxhall Combo Van

I have not been here long

I have a small transport business with vans on rental

I have an old x reg combo van that I picked up for £300 just to run around in last summer
Well this old dog is actually doing around 2000 miles a week !!! for 4 days this week I did 700 miles a day in it I had a rest today !!
I look after it myself as I don't have to plug it into a laptop Quentin Wilson said a couple of weeks ago that we throw away our vehicles too soon . Well Im going to see just how far this van will go on for !! Its become a challenged
I have parlayed this idea around here among the locals and Im going to see just how long we can make it go on working all week !!

I did 11k miles in 5 months in an old diesel Felicia, taking it to 172k miles. Currently drive a 1999 A6 1.8T with 195k on the clock and I'm hoping to raise that well over 200k.

The bomb proof Isuzu engine, I had the 1700 dt in a mark 3 astra years ago and when I sold it with 200k on I I did to it was the valve clearances as it got poor to start at about 120k, oh it had an appetite for pas belts though.
