Hello, I'm new to the forums.

I've just restored a scuffed alloy wheel on my wife's golf. It came out fine but took ages to do. The primer needed 24 hrs to dry, as did the paint and the clear coat.

The professionals do it in an hour from the back of a van do I'm just wondering how. I'm thinking you can buy fast curing paint from somewhere? Maybe they use a heat gun?

Any ideas? Thank you
