How big is my trailer?

Specifically, how heavy?

It needs a pair of new suspension units as one is bent - there are no markings on the existing units. Options seem to be 250kg / 500kg / 750kg. It will be mostly used for transporting a Toylander, if I ever finish it.

If there is no manufacturer weight plate then the authorities will take the MAM as the total of all the tyre load ratings

What's the weight of what you want to put in it ?

Then I'd add 150kg for the weight of the trailer.

Somewhere around 125kg, plus a couple of ramps. Presumably if I go for units rated a lot higher, it will bounce around a lot?

Ours has 750kg axles and it bounces around quite a bit when it's empty. Anything more than about 100kg in it and it's fine, though.
