Windscreen scratches..

Fairly sizeable stone hit the cayenne windscreen whilst my wife was on the motorway.

Ironic as the screen was replaced only a few months ago.

It hasnt chipped it, but has left some light scratch marks. Can the Windscreen companies polish these at all?

Dremel, mop bit, jewellers rouge, water and a bit of elbow grease. Job done!

Fill them with superglue, then use a razor blade to remove the excess.

I had a stone trapped under my wiper which resulted in a mess .so i got this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271384792401?ssPageName=... and used my mates DA with a hard sponge .

Got rid of 90% of it and its no longer annoying me as i cant see it without looking.

I polished a scratch out with a proprietary kit on one of my previous cars but ended up with a slight optical imperfection in the glass. It was the most distracting thing ever, drawing my eyes to it every bloody time I drove.

The screen can be replaced.

This seems almost too simple to work, yet I can't see any reason it wouldn't
