New car ideas

Hi, just looking for ideas for a new car. We currently have two cars: a 2008 BMW E90 330d manual and a 2007 Ford Focus Estate Sport 1.6tdci. The BMW has done just shy of 80k miles and the Focus just over 70k miles. I use the BMW for 32 miles a day of commuting while my wife uses the Focus as a family wagon. We also use the Focus for longer trips, especially regular holidays to the French alps (having got stuck in a dusting of snow in the BMW once!). My wife doesnt work and the Focus actually only does 8k miles pa, mostly holidays. The BMW does 10k pa. Both cars are starting to get issues both mechanical and electrical and we are looking at replacing both with new cars.
I can have a company car and recently the company added the BMW i3 range extender to the scheme, which due to the low BIK tax rate is incredibly cheap for me. I was intrigued and after a test drive plus a lot of thought have decided to order one to replace my 330d for my 32 miles a day of commuting and local journeys.
We are now thinking about what to replace the Focus estate with. Criteria are: petrol engine, decent automatic gearbox, must be able to throw a roadbike in the back with the seats down (like the Focus estate), comfortable cruiser, satnav, leather seats, ideally 4wd as in addition to regular trips to the Alps we moved to a rural location a year ago which has a big hill to get out of the village and the village is prone to flooding. I've had to give up on getting up the hill in the 330d a couple of time this winter so want 4x4. Budget is c£25k. So far I have thought about a Skoda Octavia estate or Superb 4x4, the new Octavia Scout coming out later this year looks promising. Any other obvious choices?

Thanks, I do like the look of them. I wonder if its big enough to chuck a bike in with seats down? They look kind of short but it may be an optical illusion as they are tall.
