Are there any companies out there that will let you use you no claims on another car?

I've had a new idea. But falling down at insureance.

I have 2 cars already 23 years no claims. I'm thinking if getting another but I can't say 23 years no claims I have to start at nought again that puts the idea out if the window I'm not paying thousands for another car just for insureance.

Any ideas?

Some insurance companies will claim to mirror your no claims bonus, (but when I did it, it made no difference), on the second car. You might find one that it does actually make a difference
Shame cant split your no claims over the 2 cars. Thats would make much more sense.

Have you never heard of multi-car insurance?

Yes. Been getting quotes today. However I've just insured two cars a little over a month ago which will probably mean admin fess and cancellation fees etc etc.

With admiral it broke down that the new car which was a 1k 15 year Mitsubishi was still going to cost 600 quid which IMO is silly.
I can't drive 2 cars at once.

I might be being thick but I think the best option would be to find a company who would mirror my 23 ( actually 26)years on a 1 k car

I'm 43 never had a fault claim, clean licence. I keep reading on here people paying 10p for BMW m3s ( exaggeration)

At 600 quid it's not worth the hassle 250 - 300 I'd be happy with. I'm also happy to limit milage to 3 k mikes a year. It's only for fetching wood and walking the dog.

I have some cars on a family fleet policy (work related).

For personal use I currently insure the bus through Axa. When I bought another car I emailed and they agreed to mirror my no claims on the 2nd policy plus give a 10% discount. Instead of £400-600 (depending on what I was interested in)I pay £180.
