Audi Q7 - reg 365 JP

Clockwise on the m25 through the road work areas, tailgating and swerving around people generally driving like he was the king of the road along with his blonde daughter/wife in the passenger seat.
I had my baby son in the car with me and pulled out of your way because I did not feel safe, if I didn't have him with me i would have slammed my brakes on.
His prickly behaviour continued all the way through the roadworks (50 zone anyway!!)
Pass on the message to him if you know who it is that I have reported him.
It was yesterday around 2.45pm and before any of you criticise me, his driving was so bad and unsafe I thought an accident was waiting to happen - still fuming hence posting on here + reporting him.

Please don't brake test - even if you feel you've been provoked. You really can't predict what will happen and 3 tonnes of Audi reacting violently might not end as you might hope. Just try to ignore idiots. At least on a motorway you will likely be presented with opportunities to remove yourself from such people.

My car isn't a fiat, it would hold up well against a Q7 but you are right anyway. He did the same to a 3 series BMW + Volvo xc90 also amongst other cars. Some of which had kids in.

This makes you far more of a prick than him, and if I'd seen you doing it you'd be the one I'd be reporting, not him. I was nearly taken out a couple of months back when an A6 decided to brake test a van on the way into London, and I can tell you it's far more dangerous than weaving in and out of traffic at 50MPH.Edited by typer0612 on Monday 24th February 07:44
I recently put a guy's plate on a thread here, it went nuclear and ended up at 36 pages. I regretted putting his plate up despite the fact that the guy was in the wrong purely for the fact that it's not my place to put his details all over the internet.

Its a trust issue. Trust that he had a resaon for his driving style and get out of his way. It doesn't improve your day to act like the mini police, or to make the assumption he's a nob. Unfortunately your story reflects more on you than him.
Imagine for a moment that his wife had an illness and he was rushing her to hospital, a baby on the way perhaps.

I don't believe you. Just as I don't believe your story in SP&L about being nicked on NYE and receiving the NIP on 02/01/2014 and the fact that it was an SP30 you claim to have received. Many more holes in that story and this is probably just the same.
I reckon you were hogging one of the overtaking lanes in the roadworks and forcing him to drive at the speed you wanted to, hence his "swerving around". If he wants to overtake you, then let him. If he gets done for speeding then that's his problem, not yours.

I didn't brake test, read the OP although in the right situation given the aggression of his driving style I would have responded.In this situation I did not.

To LoonR1 - I'll post a picture of my SP30 later in the other thread for your benefit of doubt tonight - there were lots of cars around, impossible to hog that section, the Q7 was trying to push everybody out of the way.

Hmm. Maybe. On the balance of probabilities it's far more likely that the driver in question wasn't rushing a sick relative to hospital.Imagine for a moment that his wife had an illness and he was rushing her to hospital, a baby on the way perhaps.
In that situation one might expect the car to have its hazard lights on, the driver to be flashing the headlights and sounding the horn.
