350z engine management light

Have got my second 350 GT pack since I have had it management light comes on after reset about four days later have had B1 lambda sensor changed but still comes on not straight away could this be ecu fault have been checked and emissions ok running a bit lean is this because it has been remapped please help as love the drive

1) Who remapped it and when?
2) Any mods? Were these added before/after mapping?
