Can't decide if I should change my car and if so to what....

Current car, 2006 120d sport with M Sport suspension and full leather. Just about to turn 70k next week. Soon it'll need front pads and discs and rear tyres. Been a good steed common faults (steering rack/abs pump) and an exchaust aside.
Considering chopping it in for something else, but its a good drive for something I use daily.
If I was going to chop it in I'd want something with more equipment, spending another £3-£4k on top.
Any thoughts or suggestions - quite like the idea of something different - been looking online at everything from a Juke to a CLS to nearly new 208....
