Tyre fitters in Banbury

Well, having had another set of wheels damaged by tyre fitters which I had just recently had refurbed (diamond cut, quite expensive) and facing the project of speaking to them and getting 'it wasn't us, you can't prove it was, can anyone recommend a decent garage and tyre fitters in the Banbury area please?
I stupidly didn't check the car at the garage and took it home. Noticed that they have taken a chunk of laquer off my wheel. The reason the wheels needed a refurb was that when I bought it 2 wheels had a tiny bit of laquer peel which rapidly expanded. I know it wasn't me as I washed the car a few days before and did the wheels very methodically and there were no marks whatsoever. It has not been curbed which is obvious from the damage, a small chunk right on the edge of the rim and the metal underneath is perfect with no scratches or scrapes which you would see with a curbing (that and the fact that I'm bloody careful with them). The damage is exactly what you would expect to see from heavy handed use of a tyre lever.
The wheels were refurbed in december. I rang the garage but didn't have time to get there before they closed and the owner isn't in till thursday. He has already tried to get out of it by saying that I should have told them the wheels had been refurbed as they wouldn't have touched them for at least a month. At the time I spoke to him I couldn't remember exactly when they had been refurbed. Upon checking my receipt it was 2 months ago so thats that excuse out the window for them.
Getting a bit pissed off now as the only reason I went there is because the last lot that did my tyres, stole my dust caps, put the wrong bolts on the wheels and took a chunk out of the wheel when they were putting the wrong bolts back on.
So, anyone know any good garages in the Banbury area or have an idea on how to proceed with the tyre fitters who have damaged my wheels?
