I would be very wary about taking on the commitments for a new car without job security.

Would it be worth taking the CC for the first 2 years (or year at least) or coming to an agreement whereby they allow you to run an older/current car until you've passed your probation? Last thing you want to do is loose the job/not be happy and still be on the hook for payments/capital down on a car you no longer want/require.

Also don't underestimate the cost of 20k plus private miles - 30k?

Depreciation, servicing, tax, insurance etc. will all have to come out of the allowance and fuel rate so may bot be that much in it, especially when a bill pops up for an out of warranty DMF/DPF/turbo compared to the peace of mind of a new car you can throw back to your employer if it breaks.
