Book Price Help

Would anyone help with a book price on a s/h car please. Have had an acceptable px value but have 4 weeks to try my luck on a private sale and need to know where to pitch it as it is a fairly rare spec car.

I'd look at the PH /Autotrader/ ebay selling prices, then pitch it a little above that.
The car's underwritten with a part exchange if it doesn't go in the meantime

There is one for sale on Autotrader which is 3 years newer.

If I go for the more common version there are 100s but retail is 3k lower than my part ex bid. See my dilemma!

Edited to say - Partex bid is a cash offer, and not inflated as car is through broker.
