Any ideas for silent alarm with gps tracking functionality?

I'm looking for cheap silent car alarm (using phone notification) with gps tracking functionality.
Only problem is, that i'm not wiliing to spend couple of hundreds quids.

Application called CarEye, can make alarm gps tracker from any smartphone.
I'm gonna try this one.
