Renault megane sport rs 265 or fiesta st mountune

Thinking of changing to either megane rs 265 or fiesta st mountune in next few weeks, want to do some track days this year, drove both cars but fiesta seems more fun. Can get a fiesta st 2103 for £15.5 k against a 2012 RS for £18k Want to get some thing fairly new as the manufacturers warranty is worth a lot when thrashing the car on a track day.
Love the feeling of ford but the extra power of the rs even though the rs is heavier,

What should I buy ?????

Smaller cars always seem to be more fun to drive.

If you don't need the space, buy the one that's most fun to drive in your opinion ( assuming you've managed to get test drives )

Great question OP and one running through my head. Thinking a new mountuned fiesta st being smaller, nimbler and quick enough with 215ps/236lbft (and alot cheaper!) would be the way forward. Any more thoughts on the drive? how did you find the ride on the ST? (it's the only real criticism i've heard being too stiff on the road)
