Where do I stand if what I paid for has not fixed the issue?

My 2009 Golf GTD has developed an issue with Low Boost which causes the car to go into limp mode and for the engine light to illuminate.
Always happened on part a steady/part throttle at around 70mphish. I took it to my local Mapfre approved garage (Mapfre provide my warranty cover) they diagnosed it to be my Vacuum Actuator on the Turbo. (which is not covered by my warranty)
I paid the garage 250 to replace the diagnosed culprit.... low and behold I still have the exact problem.
Im not worried or ranting about the garage, it is booked back in, I just want to know, What happens now? Do I keep paying for parts until its fixed?

What was on rge job sheet. In my experience you walk in and report the problem but the job card will say replace... and so you little come back.
I'll watch with interest, my Gold has been back 3 times now for water in the spare wheel well, I suspect the sun roof but so far they have had no luck.
