If this is true and it comes into force then owning a classic in London is set to be very difficult indeed.

You can bet the "stakeholders" are mostly of the anti car persuasion.

Nice Daily Wail thread title, although it is slightly misleading, as 2014 only applies to diesels. Petrol cars apply from 2005.

But will still cause issues with classics, etc, etc. Why can't they just leave well alone. I can't see London becoming anything like Beijing (especially as of right now).
