Please Help! Broken Wing Mirror :(

Hi, my mirror housing/bracket has snapped after being hit by another car which sped off before I got a look at it So basically I need a new one, uploaded a pic of it so everyone can see what I need to replace. A name of part/part number would be greatly appreciated as would help with removing and re-fitting. I have a Gti 6N2. Thanks in advance for any help

Will the glue do a good job of holding? Bought the car with this months wages so cant really buy a new mirror just now, so need a cheap fix or just the support bracket that's cracked ideally but don't know where to find one.
