Highest spec one with the TCe engine would be a great little runabout, only real failing is the lower NCAP score compared to more upmarket small cars.
Not only a perfectly decent choice, one of the best choices in the segment. It looks good, especially in "Stepway" trim, it has a comfortable suspension, modern 3-pot turbo motor, touch screen infotainment and reliability that puts most other cars to shame.

I was thinking along the lines of one of these too when my Golf engine "blew up" last month. I can't see the problem - a cheap reliable car with no frills but a reasonably good chassis.
BTW - my late father was a vicar and could make a car move pretty quickly along narrow country roads. I suspect God must have been looking after him as he never had an accident!

Thing is who cares? Do you suck up to the fake Gucci mums? Or do you even care about them? f
