Several problems with current car, could anyone help?

Not sure if this is the right place for it but...
I have a 2008 57 plate Seat Ibiza FR TDI 130bhp.
I've got many problems wrong with it, and I wondered if anyone could reassure me it's not too catastrophic!
1) when accelerating there is often a high pitched noise between 2k-3k rpm, which is fairly brief but seems to be getting worse. (alternator pulley and belt recently changed)
2) There is a constant metal on metal fairly quiet noise, which is present when accelerating but as soon as I take my foot off the accelerator, it goes away instantly, any ideas? I'm baffled by that.
3) The idle is sometimes above what it should be, sometimes a sticky pedal but when left without touching the pedal it sometiems returns to idle by its self which makes me wonder what it is.
4) Constant grinding which goes away when I push the clutch in (think it's the flywheel)
5) Knocking when changing gear but not really crunching
As you can tell, I'm having a nightmare
Any help would be much apprecaited! Tempted to just sell....

Sounds to me like the Clutch is falling apart.
The high pitch sound could be a split Turbo hose?
These are guesses. But I have a 1.4 Xsara (I know not the same car but bare with me) The clutch was falling apart and made a noise like metal being slunk around in a washing machine. Didn't lose power on acceleration though.

I really hope you're right, as then it's just a Flywheel/clutch all in job!The high pitch sound could be a split Turbo hose?
