ABARTH 500 SIDE LIGHT FAULT

Hi everyone, I need some help. I have daytime lights on my abarth 500 and both side lights work fine.
The problem is at night,when I put my lights on using the lighting stalk. For some reason,the near side side light dos,nt come on? and yet the bulb works fine in the day?

Silly question, but are they the same bulb? Most cars have seperate DRLs and sidelights.

IT LOOKS LIKE ONE BULB,CANT FIGURE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS.
